The kids absolutely loved it, it was way less stressful than a lot of other things we’ve tried as a family. Usually I’m running around trying to keep everyone happy, but this time everything was easy and actually enjoyable for me too.

Really easy spot to grab drinks. Bartenders were quick. Friendly too. Drinks stayed cold the whole time, which I appreciated. Never really had to wait long at all.

"Refund took a minute, but all good"
Had to cancel our cruise super last minute, so I was kinda stressing about getting the refund back. It did take a bit longer than I would've liked, not gonna lie, but the updates were clear and the money came through fine in the end. Decent experience overall

"Helpful staff, but transfers were a hassle"
I felt safe once I was onboard, and the staff were genuinely helpful, which I appreciated. That said, getting around with mobility needs wasn’t always smooth. Some of the ramps and lifts were crowded or a bit confusing, and I really didn’t enjoy being transferred around so much. It got frustrating having to keep explaining what I needed instead of things just being simple and clear.

It was, like, definitely crowded when I went, and yeah, it took a little getting used to, but I still had a fun time overall. The vibe was good, you know, and even with all the people around, it was still enjoyable.

I had an issue with my booking and they sorted it out really quickly, with no fuss at all. Compared to other places where you end up waiting forever or getting bounced around, this was way easier than I expected.

I booked a cruise through royalcaribbean, and while everything did work out in the end, the whole process felt a little clunkier than I expected from a big cruise company. A few pages were slow to load, and I found myself going back to double-check the price because the taxes and extra fees weren’t super clear right away. The payment went through without any issues, and I got my confirmation email quickly, so that part was fine. I just expected the booking steps to be a bit more straightforward and not feel like I was jumping around so much. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

Embarkation wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t call it smooth either. We showed up at our assigned time and still ended up standing in a few lines, and to me the signs were kind of confusing. The staff were nice enough, and once things actually started moving, it went quickly. I just got the feeling at first that nobody really knew where to send people. Disembarkation was more frustrating in my opinion, mostly because there was a lot of waiting around and crowding near the exits. The good thing was that our bags were easy to find. Overall, I’d say it was fine, just average

I slept like a rock every single night. The cabin was so quiet, super clean, and way more comfortable than I was expecting, like, dramatically better than I had mentally prepared for. Such a relaxing stay.

Overall, the billing made sense to me. I tend to watch for patterns in charges, so I noticed one onboard charge didn’t show up right away, which threw me off a bit. Guest services looked into it and fixed it quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end

"Fun nights every night"
We really loved the nightly shows, the hosts were hilarious, and the live music was such a nice bonus. we never felt bored after dinner

"Decent casino, but I expected more"
I had an okay time here, but it wasn’t anything special. The casino was fun for a little while, though the machines felt tight and the drink service took longer than I expected. The staff were nice, which helped, but some of the waiting around felt unnecessary. Overall, not a bad spot, just not as great as I was hoping.

"Fun Cruise, Even If I Hate Admitting It"
We had a really good time on Royal Caribbean. There was always something going on, whether it was trivia, shows, or hanging around the pool, so we never really had a chance to be bored, even on sea days. The staff running the games were actually funny too, which was a nice surprise. I suppose I’d go again, which is saying something.

"Pretty quiet ride overall"
It was a nice, quiet trip for the most part. The people onboard were friendly and nobody was making a bunch of noise at night, which I really appreciated. Even the kids were, actually, I was surprised how well behaved they were. I slept good and didn’t have any major noise issues.

The cruise itself was okay overall, and we did have some nice moments. Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. But the experience felt a little inconsistent because a few people at the front desk seemed annoyed when we asked basic questions. It didn’t ruin the trip, but it definitely made things feel less welcoming at times. For what we paid, I was hoping the staff would be a bit more patient and approachable

After a few cruises, the loyalty program starts to feel worthwhile. I liked getting priority boarding, and the onboard discounts were a nice bonus. It’s not something that completely changes the trip, but it definitely adds a little extra value and makes you feel appreciated.
